Upgrade to V4.2. Using any other software will void your warranty.
I have tried the Sathawk specific data files in my meter with a firmware version 5.1.7 and it will not positively identify the proper sats.
However I have recently started using the data files for the Lacuna Mark II and have had no issues. For everyone having trouble with Sat identification maybe this will help your issue. But beware I have read somewhere that you can only use Sathawk 3000 data files in the Sathawk 3000 and only Lacuna Mark II data files in the Lacuna Mark II, I have had no issues your results maybe different.

I have tried using the data files located in the link you provided and they did not work for me. I understand the warranty concerns but understand my concern for having a meter that positively locks onto the required sat. A warranty does me no good if the meter does not give me the desired results.
I have noticed that several people have had an issue locking onto 110 and 119 using a DPP LNB. So far this is the solution that works for me. Before reaching this solution I Set up 2 different Dish network dishes with Different brand DPP LNB's and 2 Different DTV dishes.
I then downloaded every version of the data files from Sathawk Tv and Lacuna. I then tested each data file on each dish and then used the data file that gave the best result.
I'm not trying to cause any trouble just sharing my experience. This solution may only work for those that install Dish Network and DTV. This is the only experience base I have to draw from so take this information for what it is just information.
SRT,
The latest datafile v4.2 should address your concerns. :-) If you meter is version 5.1.5 or less, it will not work with DPP lnbfs.
