I would have to agree with you on that one, It seems as if every new update that comes out gets worse, and when they say they are going to fix it and have a new update out, it takes weeks. Where is the support when you need it?
I bought this meter like a year ago from sadoun and since then i have problem with it. everytime i talke to sadoun his solution is to update the software to new one but the new software is worse than the one before it. i see many people have same problem with meter but no support or real fix for problem. i know this is sadoun web site but i like to give advise to help many customer have same problem with this meter. at least check the software for problems before you give it out. lots of satellites that sadoun advertise that meter supports do not work. see that meter price is going down. ask why? this might not be posted or removed but i just to let sadoun knows that there is problem need to be fix. how can you cut installation time when you point to satellite but meter does not find it?

You can use the SatPicker program to create customised datasets with just the satellites you need. Use the Beta SatPicker application
