SATHAWK 3000 doesn't lock on IA-5 (97W)

HI guys!
Few months ago I've bought FortecStar dish (31") and analog signal meter with compass from Sadoun.com. Universal KU-LNBF 0.3 dB was brought from Europe (Model. EuroSat EHKF-2101B). I've installed dish and tryed to find what i'm looking for. But there was so many satellites and arrow on meter been falling and raising and there was no possibility to find out what satellite raising arrow. My receiver just found 16 channels from IA-5 without any picture quality. I'm decided to spend extra $400 for SATHAWK-3000 to get right satellite and best reception.
But I got only SS around 24 and PQ-00 in best position and SEARCHING message.
I've downloaded latest version of datafile and upgrated meter to v.3.8. Today I've got SS-30 in (U)KV and (U)KH and 20 in KH and KV//PQ - still 00. Searching message also presented. I cannot calibrate meter because Satellite not found.
What's a problem?
