Brand New SatHawk3000 Problem

I have a brand new SatHawk3000 meter and it does not start up. It shows the first screen with the firmware number and then freezes up for good. Please help. I have tried to reload the file, but it does not establish connection with my PC. Thanks

Have you charged the battery for at least 8 hours?

When you start the meter, try it without any coaxial/lnbf connected to it.
