HELP: Sathawk shuts down after 40sec or so

Please Help: Sathawk shuts it's self off right after initilizing. It has 3.5 program and I'm not able to update since it shuts down. The battery is 1/2 full. Here is the video of the Sathawk problem:

• Try to remove and disconnect the battery gently.
• Leave it out for a few minutes.
• Plug it back in.
• Put the meter on the charger
• Click both arrow buttons to turn meter on.
• Let it charge for a while.
• After the battery is fully charged, restart the meter
• Upload the latest datafile into it. Ver. A3.8

I did all you have recommended and I'm able to work with it for about first 20 minutes and then it shuts it-self out. If I fully charge it, I can use it for the first 20min and then it starts shutting off. It seem to be using a lot of battery. For example for 20 minutes usage the battery goes down to 65% and then it starts shutting down. Do you think the problem is with the batteries? Again, I have loaded all the programs and all the directions that you gave me but still having problems.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your battery might not be holding enough charge and may need to be replaced.
