Sathawk 3000 version A3.8

Just updated my meter from version A3.0 mini to A3.8 because I needed satellite 129. Now I can not get IA5 to work right. The meter does not lock on Universal horizontal polarity. Vertical is OK. On the standard lnb, both horizontal and vertical would show quality signal but it keeps going up and down without stopping. (example 67-82-68-82...) Calibration did not help much. Any idea?

Try the calibration method slowly.

We will look into that as well.

Slowly, How?

I aslo noticed on 110/119 dp when I switch from KL to KR, the meter shutts down. (It's a DP lnb not DPP) I had 4 installation the past 2 days and it did the same on all. I had to remove the cable, switch to the polarity I need then connect the cable to the meter.

Now if I go back to the prevoius version, would that fix the problem? I saw that 129 would lock as 119 also, so I can do without 129.
