Signaloc Pro digital meter

i just got one and i would like to use Sathawk 3000 software for my meter. but i get error. end of line (0) failed. i set my port to port1 and restarted my laptop still the same. is the satloader and sat files in-compatible for my signaloc pro. and if so were can i get compatible files for it. need help! a.s.a.p. thanks..

My signaloc-pro that same problem you have.

Have you tried turning the meter on while updating the software?

need the util software
software update and sat info
