Datafile Version A4.0 is now available. The update helps the SatHawk 3000 meter differentiate between 110 & 119 satellites better across several types of LNBFs.

Downloaded the lasted update for the Sathawk 3000. Plugged my connector into the USB port of my computer, as I have done on all the updates. As soon as I plug the cable into the usb port the computer locks up, immediately. Tried it several times and each time it locked to computer, had to reboot my computer each time. It has worked perfectly in the past. Got the upload anyway, disconnected the USB cable, from where it was connected to a serial port on the cable. Plugged the serial port into my computer, re-identified my port setting and the upload went with no problems. This USB port on the computer is working, because I can plug other devices into it, and it works. Any suggestions????
