Where is the Support part of Company?

:mozilla_cry: I am a soldier in Iraq that has been trying to get help with the Sathawk 3000. The meter requires a software patch to find the Sat we use. We have tried to install the MEV2.13, which does not have our sat in the list, just to test the SatLoader software. We keep getting an error no matter what software updates we use listed on the software page. We get an error of End of Line (0) Failed. We have tried 3 different laptops, same results. What is everyone else doing to get the SatLoader software to work? Any suggestions would help. By the way, we have tried to email support@sadoun.com and the sales email, and no one will answer us. We are US Soldiers trying to hook up sat internet so we can talk to our famlies. We really need help!!!!! Please!!!! Please!!!!

I am not sure why the meter is giving you this error. We have contacted the factory to give us an explanation. We will be back with you shortly after we find a solution.

A new SatLoader program has been added to the download section. Go ahead and try the new Satloader to update the datafiles on your meter.
