SatLoader Software Not Working

:mozilla_cry: I need help. We can not get the SatLoader software to work. We just get an error when we try to use it. We are trying to update a SatHawk 3000 with MEV 2.13 so we can adjust our satellites dishes over here in Iraq to get internet from Express AM 22. Do we need to adjust the comm port settings? We have tried three different computers. Any help please!! There are a lot of U.S. Soldiers waiting on this!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear you are having a problem with the Satloader. What does the error say?

We hook the Sathawk 3000 up and the SatLoader gives an error of :

Send new line (0) failed

A new satloader file has been posted on the web page(at the bottom of screen) and it now works.
