SatHawk can not find [U] telestar 5 on the list

I just bought the SatHawk 3000 one week ago from Sadoun, they said it should have newer firmware in it and it would work with universal lnbf. when I turn on it said software version 5.1.3 and Sathawk. TV A3.0... I went through the list by hold mode and push up button, I can not find the [U] IA5 or [U] telestar 5 - 97w on the list. only the Telestar 5 which is not support the universal LNBF that I have in the list. Can any one please help me how to make my Sathawk 3000 work with universal lnbf ..

Actually, [U]KV and [U]KH for IA5 are also there. When you reach IA5, by clicking on the MODE and Down Arrow Button, release the MODE button, then click on the Up/Down arrow buttons to scroll between all the options for IA5.
