Needs Help making a sathawk work.

I have bougth a sathawk meter 3000 a few monts ago until now I used it to pick up 119&110 satellite signal but recently try to get 148 or 61.5 satellites but meter wont find those satellite,does anybody tell me why.I have downloded info to the meter from sat.tv,so I need help on how to make this expense meter works.
