I have attempted to download the 12/22/08 A4.5Ku application but I cannot open this and get the following error message C:\documents and settings\owner\desktop\sathawk.tv-va45-ku.sat is not a valid win32 application. Has anyone encountered this issue and what am I doing wrong?!

You will have to download and install the Satloader 2.1.0 application. Then use that program to open the sathawk.tv-va45-ku.sat file.
