firmware upgrade

I have a sathawk that i never got a chance to upgrade its firmware
any info please on how i can get the latest firmware on my sathawk 3000

where can i get this upgrade?... dpp lnb sucking the life out this meter... hahahahaha

No hardware upgrades available for the discontinued 3000 anymore (since more than 2 years ago).
