Sathawk 3000 repair

Hey,

I'm new around here. I'm trying to find out where I can get a sathawk 3000 repaired? It just doesn't charge and stuck in trickle charging. The only time I see something different, is when I connect the adapter to it or press the up and down button and it says analyzing charge.

I Have the same problem havent used it for 6 months went to charge it . and its in trickle Charging for the past 16hrs.. please let me know what I am doing wrong..or does it need new battery

Go to your local battery specialist (battery depot?) They will make a new battery pack that will last twice as long as the original for half the money of a "genuine" replacement pack.
