Sathawk 3000 repair

Hey,

I'm new around here. I'm trying to find out where I can get a sathawk 3000 repaired? It just doesn't charge and stuck in trickle charging. The only time I see something different, is when I connect the adapter to it or press the up and down button and it says analyzing charge.
