SATHAWK 4000 Vs LUCURNA MARK lll

Is there really any difference between the two? Other than cosmetics?
I need to justify $100 more before I purchase the 4000.

Any input is much appreciated.

The 4000 never really made it big. Support sux! I would not recommend buying the 4000. Go with bird dog.,,,,they're supposrt if the best. I have a 4000 that I wasted my money on just sitting in the garage collecting dust. I think it is 100% COCKA - GARBAGE!
