Lacuna Satmeter 3 weak signals help

Hello, just bought the above. The first line for ss is in the middle, but I can get a ss for the 2nd line. No sigal at all. For the first line, I get a great picture but the reading on the lacuna is weak. Very strange. I am here in loas and trying to get thai com3 c-band, very hard to setup. The agila 146 is ku band and that is also weak on the meter, but a great picture.

Is there a way that I can increase the sensitivity of the satmeter. Is there a frimware upgrade. Bit lost with this machine. I feel I have wasted my money, but surley this cannot be.

Any help or ideas out there

test for lnb does not work but it does beacuse i get a picture

Best is to contact the dealer you bought from for datafile update and support. It seems that you have an outdated datafile loaded in the meter. LNBF Test only works if you have the correct dataloaded and the dish is aimed correctly

thanks thats make sense. So I need to update the database for asia. Any help. I bought in uk now live in asia. Difficult to go back to shop
