I recommend you get the M1 or M2 set from Sadoun.. The M2 allows you to get maybe 4 more stations, but are not arabic... You see, there are two types of Ku signal, Circular and Linear. Most all of FTA are Linear, so a Linear or Universal LNB is all you really need. If you order now from Sadoun you get a free upgrade to a 36" dish which will give you stronger signal. It is not HD, but this will give you a complete package to get started. Yes, you can do this yourself with a little patience. Read all the instructions, and watch the video on this Sadoun.com website. Make sure you mount the pole perfectly plumb. It will make sense after you are successful.. Ha Ha...

A HD receiver runs $330 on up... and you can always add that later. Good luck and you will enjoy after it is all up and running.
VA 39N, 78W, Mercury II, Fortec 31", 36", 72", SG2100, DG-280, H180 (two DSR-922's sitting in a closet and to be the next project) HDTV TV with no pay tv.

Thanks for the help and the info. Is there another dish for the HD?
