Satcruiser DSR 2040 ACE

1st I missed the auto SR function, it should be back with the next software release.
with a posibility of reduced SR and frequeny range to avoid long scanning time.

2nd Menu list sometimes corrupts

3th Channels in the fav list can not be deleted, you just have to overwrite the old ones.

4th More seperated fav lists would be very handy.

5th Need a editor

6th A positive item is the posibility to receive open powervu.

7th Also positive is when receiving week analog signals and using the treshold extender.

This is for a DSR 301IR.
1. However wrote the instruction manual needs to be shot!
2. Nobody on this planet seems to know how hook up this system!3.Amerilink installers quote:" Never heard of this unit"
4. Support for this unit is nonexistent!
5. Stay away from it! IF you are goint to buy a unit like this, buy local so you can take it back when it doesn't work. Try returning something from across the country. It just doesn't work!
6. Follow these instructions and you will add a few years to your life!

Correction to my above review.
Sadoun knows everything about it. 5 minutes on the phone and the system is working. I hooked it up to my big dish by myself. So now I need to teach the Amerilink installler how to do it.
Thank you Sadoun Sattelite!
