C band antena

I just bought an actuator arm from Sadoun. Please explain me how to switch this arm to the the other side. Other words: I want to move my antenna from East to West. I would like to get the other lower satellites like "Hispasat". If you could send me pictures. Thanks in advance.

Well since you can't tell us what exactly you're using, and haven't posted any pictures, I'll assume it's just like any of my BUDS.

Take the bolt out of the top of the actuator where it connects to the dish
Take the bolt out of the bracket that attached the actuator to the connection to the pole.
Flip the actuator over and point it the opposite direction (east vs west) and reconnect the two bolts in the appropriately supplied holes on your dish.
