set up issues with toroidal dish

I have a t55 toroidal with 3 m20r lnb's. My center one is at 119 my l is at 110 my r is at 129. When I aimed it I got good signal on both 110 and 119 and marginal signal on 129. This wasby doing each lnb one at a time minus the switch. I then hooked up the switch and with 119 on port 1 i go to port 2 where 110 should be and 119 appears in the upper right hand corner of my display. I go to port 3 and I only have a flicker of a signal. If I mess with the tp freq enough eventually I get a signal with 119 again appearing in the display. I've already replaced the switch once and have now ordered an emp switch.What is my problem? These dishes are supposed to be good why am I having such a headache?
