Delete any motor "software" limits from receiver menu.
What is your location, maybe, 119W is a west limit for your motor?
By specs it moves +/- 50 degrees both ways. Check this calculator:
http://www.moteck.com/product.asp?idproduct=91

Also, if you see it not moving all the way to ~50 mark on motor shaft scale, try to move using pin button on motor. If it moves with pin buttons, maybe cable is not good: bring receiver close to the motor and check with short cable.
Good lucK!

It looks like from your location you may have a chance to get G10R (or you may not). You should have 121W echo9 for sure.
If you don't get G10R, you can try to attach a second LNBF to the east side of your existing one, and put G10R location as 119W or 120W in receiver's USALS menu and use DISEqC switch built in in SM3D22

Are you certain you are properly aligned on true south? If not that will cause your problem also.

Also another thought. Are you moving beyond 119 just not getting reception or not moving beyond 119?

My Sg2100 is advertised at 75 degree of travel from center in either direction. I get 57. Do not know the specs of your particular motor.

On my SM3D12, also numbers go to 60 (it's the same box/case as Sm3D22),
it was advertised to go 50º each side, but indeed, stopped somewhere at 49º.
I am at 37.2N 121.8W and the east limit for my motor is right where AMC5 79ºW is.
My solution, as I told already, is to put a second LNB to the left(east) side of existing one: this way you can extend your range for 4 -5 degrees more.

Great to hear about your success.
Can you tell, please, just for the record, when you press "WEST" button on a motor, when on i't scale the moving stops? Is it still in front of 45° mark or it goes up to 50°?
Thanks.
