sm3d12 yellow lite stay's on

sm3d12 yellow lite stay's on. Using twinhan 102g , also will only follow some commands from card (east and west buttons only-twinhan software-no other used) goto no response, goto 0 no responce. is it the card or motor? east/west buttons on motor work fine.
