SM3D12 motor problem

I purchased the complete Sat system from Sadoun. It has a SM3D12 motor. It worked fine for over a month. However now I'm getting a random motor problem. It goes perfectly to the west but if I try to go east it sometimes goes as far west as it can and then stops. I then have to go off that satallite and back again and it will come east. Sometimes you can go east 10+ times and others it will only go once before it heads all the way west.

I have tried in both USALS and 1.2 in my Fortec receiver and it still gets the problem. I have a 50ft RG6 cable connecting the reviecer to the motor.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Try DiSEqC 1.2 and erase limits. Then go reference and the motor should go all the way to EAST and come back to 0 position. That should reset the motor.
