motor stop

Ariza 700running with motor no Disque just with a Sw switcher 21.The problem is everytime I try to move from 119 to 121 the motor does`nt move at all no problem move to the east .

What are you trying to view on 119 and 121 with an Ariza receiver?

All I need to move from 119 to 121 it seems its stuck and looke like it doesn`t move at all.But no problem to moving to 110 or the east side.
