    Product Suggestion

I would like to see some receivers that control servo motors. I would think it potentially beneficial to your sales as many have big dishes that with the proper receiver and VBox could use. I personally have multiple feedhorns (C Band only) that could be put into service with a different receiver BUT for me in this instance it would be less expensive for me just to buy another BSC type lnbf. Just a thought.
    8.5' Mesh Dish w/ C & Ku lnb's & 24" actuator
8.5' Mesh Dish w/ BSC621-2 fixed install for circular C Band on 40.5
    Fortec Star 90cm Dish w/ FSKUv lnbf & DMSISG2100
    Motorola DSR922
    Fortec Mercury II
    Digital Stream HD1150.

I've been thinking that it shouldn't be too hard to make an old computer with a rs232 serial port control a polarotor. The polarotor control is done via 5 V pulses with variable pulse width. I can't remember the frequency of the pulse, but I think it is slow enough that you might be able to turn on and off one of the rs232 handshaking lines fast enough. Would be a clunky solution compared to having a receiver doing it automatically, but it might be a cheap way.

agreed Steve this would be a nice option. the satwork receiver has this option but it won't pass ac3. to have one to do both would be great.
