With the exception of DiSEqC switches I would have to agree. The whole crew at Sadoun's manages to handle the process without dropping any of the balls. I get my DiSEqC switches out of CA as I do not have burn out issues with theirs as I have had with Sadoun's.

Are you using 2 or 4 port? It is the 4 ports that I have had problems with. 100% failure so far with one having a dead port out of the box and 2 other ports dropping off within a week.

I too have had problems with the 4way switches from sadoun.3 in about three month.Am looking for a different source.
Other then that I agree with Rainman.Service is always quick and on the money.

It is strange, some are having good experiance with the switches, and some have bad experiance.

If you can, send me the bad switches you have elgemcdlf. I will send them to the factory to analyze.

I have sent you PM

I had 20 of Sadoun's switches (got them as a bonus for big order). I installed them all within the last year. None of them went bad.{So far } I had installed other famous brands and I had to change some of them.

The same thing for me....I ordered a Motorized 90cm Dish setup a few days ago. Got the DHL Tracking saying it would be Delivered Tuesday(Jan.2). Thought,,,,man I've got to go back to work that day and won't have the time to start getting things setup?

Then this morning( Fri.29) the "Yellow DHL Van" pulls in my driveway.......YES !!!!!

Now that is Quick Service !

So what kind of dish & lnbf are you planning on hanging off the HH120?

upgrading to a 90cm dish and putting on a Sadoun dual.

The way my setup is on the roof I couldn't put a 90 cm up. I have to have the motor on the backside of the roof (so the LNB arm looks at the roof) and being at 45N I couldnt put a 90cm on my SG2100. It would hit the roof.. So I'm upgrading to a HH120 since the shaft sticks up

Also got the Universal bracket for the 90cm (had a pole mount orignally) and a dual reverse polarity LNB

sounds good.

Keep some never-sieze for the stainless motor bracket bolts.
Mine seemed to be getting siezed up after a couple adjustment sessions.
I have it, like a dummy I didnt bring it up on the roof when I did the install. They'll probably snap off if I need to move it in the future.

The Sm312d motor had different bolts that did not act this way, or my batch on the HH120 were suspect to start with.
