just checking on any update on my order for ultra. order number is 9332827. have they came off of back order and when will they be shipped. thank you rainman

hi everybody

i have an order since dec/09 but, it wasn't honored.
fedexpres records show that the package is in connecticut since dec/15. when i have asked, i was told that i shall iquire within sadoun for tracking my order.
I have called sadoun during working houres: an answering machine is in place: leave a message an we will call you back. i have waited but, nothing, nobody called.

any advise about how to get my order or my money back?

holiday seasons slows down shipping be patience you will receive it since sadoun has already shipped it.it seems to be a fedx problem. :mozilla_smile:

i'll try to have patience. when do you think that i have to run out of it?

have you seen any similar experiences with lost packages?
any other customers that have reporterd situations like "we dont know , ask fed express" or, from the oher site: "is not fed express fault, sadoun shall claim the package, bla, bla..."

do not forget that both have gotten the money FROM MY CREDIT CARD...is there any 9institution that can make responsible these guys?

i have not signed any papers for receiving that order....

when i order my ultra receiver took about a month due to back order . also if you have got a fedx tracking number it means they have got your order. once holiday rush is over they will probaly deleiver.

I just read your message and checked the tracking number. The shipment seems to be stuck in CT. It shouldn't take that long. We will follow up with FedEX for you and find out what is going on?

The box has a 120cm dish and it is huge. So for FedEX to lose it would be inconceivable. But, we will find out and get back with you.
