Sometime ago I ordered a SatHawk and
Sadoun shipped it PDQ with no problem.
3 weeks ago I placed an order that has never been filled or or had a status on the order tracking web site.
This would not be a bad thing necessarily but I find after several e-mails that have been pretty much ignored that they have yet to demonstrate an interest in finding my order at all.
I would appreciate any advice on how to handle this situation and the sooner the better as 3 weeks is a long time to go without cable connecters when you are in the
installation business.
The order tracking web site has listed my order as having no status from day one as in the status is completely blank.
It s not like its $20 either - unless $400 + is something to sneeze at these days I would really like to see my order looked after so I can place another one as I need more stuff too!
