We have an immediate need for independent Sales Reps in Houston.


Territory: Houston Metro Area


You can sell one product category or a combination of these products:


Product #1: DIRECTV or Dish Network satellite service (sell product and Installation service)
Target customer: Door to door residential homes, small businesses, doctor's offices, auto service garages, or any business where customers set in a waiting area.


Product #2: Home Country Satellite TV for Ethnic minorities (Vietnamese, Chinese, Arab, Persian, Hispanic, Spanish) (sell product and installation service)
Target customer: Ethnic minorities homes, businesses, community centers, temples, etc.


Product #3: Premium quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil in bulk or in bottles
Target customer: Chefs, Restaurants, Europeans, Middle Eastern and North African minorities, Health conscious people, Grocery stores (chain and independent).


Product #4: CCTV Security (4, 8, or 16) Camera systems (sell product and installation service)
Target customer: Homes, small businesses, warehouses, professional offices, farms, etc.


Product #5: Solar Photo Voltaic (PV) Panels
Target customer: Businesses, Farms, Utilities, Homes, DIY, Installers


REQUIREMENTS:


~ Must be a "people person".
~ 1-2years sales experience a must for success
~ Willingness to submit to background check
~ Must maintain a professional appearance.
~ Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.


ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:


~ Good listener with excellent interpersonal skills; clear, professional, respectful and friendly communication style.
~ Actively looks for improvement opportunities.
~ Flexible and comfortable with change.
~ Ability to manage own time; self-starter, self-directed and well organized.
~ Has ability and desire to travel and work directly with sales team, customers, and distributors.
~ Understands the dynamics of working with company owners; works well within that environment.
~ Valid driver's license.
~ Must have own transportation, cell phone, and GPS.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


~ Executing and closing sales calls with retail store managers and owners
~ Building customer relationships
~ Increasing business by selling products to existing clients and procuring new ones




HIGHLIGHTS:


~ Commission only on closed sales.
~ No Overnight Travel
~ Product training provided.
