can't get threw to the shop

i am trying to contact Sadoun shop via email but it seems that they do not reply.

i ordered a combination lnb begining of last week and just wanted to ask if its been shipped and if there was a tracking number.

i am based in uk.

if the seller reads this can him/her reply to my emails thank you

the service has been very poor to say the least.

if i dont receive the lnb by next friday 19th september then i will cancel my order and would like a refund.
