Please reply to the order confirmation you received by email from us. On that confirmation, it has your shopper id (order #) which we need to track your order.

Don't worry, if your order is lost we will replace it. Usually shipping overseas takes a little longer by the USPS.

i have received the lnbf.
it seems the delay was caused by customs.

i had to pay £12 fee for the release of the goods.
