It is like a smoker going through a long flight without a smoke... Withdrawal ...
I think they sell a patch for addictions like this one
Luckily I don't smoke. So no patch needed. I just feel sorry for smokers on long flights. My mother almost missed an international flight because she wanted to smoke a last cigarette outside the terminal minutes before boarding.
