I ordered a new board for my SG2100 over a week ago,paid priority mail shipping and nothing.I called and they said it would get out today in the mail.I have this unit torn down waiting for these parts.I think that they need to improve there service parts shipping time.Thanks for the rant time.

Used the "Where's My Order" webpage and received great support.
Did have a problem with the link in Shipping Address change.
That is the page where you change your mind about sending your order to your bill address to avoid the credit card authorization FAX thing-ee.
It seems the email link to sales@12sat.com goes to nobody on this Sardon page: Payment Options - Visa Master Card, Check, Money Order, Paypal,Wire Transfer
