Sadoun Power Tech DG 380

I am going to buy the DG 380 but have a doubt about this in the Specifications.
120 cm Max (31 lbs)
(for motors sold after 1/1/09).
Can the motor really move a 120 cm. dish?

My experience is that it does not handle the weight past 30-degrees East or West of Zero (0). I bought the MK5 in May 09. Installed it, but had no good information from the handbook sent with the motor. The dish elevation bracket on the FortecStar 120cm is unreliable, use an Angle Finder. My loc is 31N-97W and I have not had a good experience with it.
