To find out if you have enough voltage you may want to disconnect the cable at the motor end and check the voltage with a voltmeter. Then check the voltage at the receiver and see how much voltage drop you have over the run of the cable. If the drop is small, then it may be the motor/receiver combo that is the culprit.
Just for kicks, I measured the voltage drop across 50 feet of RG/6. For vertical polarization the drop was about .4 volts, same for horizontal polarization.
