Question DG 280 motor

Do I need a disecq 22 khz switch to see the free to air channels? I have a captive works 800s receiver installed with a sw 21 switch an invacom QPH-031 LNB a 120 cm dish, and a Sadoun Power Tech DG 280 motor. The motor moves very well the dish with USALS and find the satellites positions. I get a signal of ten in the satellite finder but no signal in the receiver. I tried with the switch that comes with the receiver and nothing. True south is 192.6.
Elevation 32. I live in Puerto Rico.

No you don't need a switch to see FTA. If you live in Puerto Rico, your true south satellite is probably around 78W. Try resetting your southern satellite first.

Question DG 280 motor

I checked in dishpointer.com. My latitude is 18.1 north and longitude is -66.2 west. The nearest satellite to my longitude is Echostar 66.5. I dont know why I can not get signal in any satellite.

A Linear LNB is required for most FTA sats.
