PowerTech DG380 Southern Hemisphere

I am in the Southern Hemisphere and located at 33 Long. East. The nearest Sat North is at 36.0°E Eutelsat W4. This will be the ZERO for the motor. Now the motor is said to move East to West, (+/-80degrees) that will mean It will go as far as 80 degrees that direction maximum. there is only one Satellite with channels worth watching on this belt and that is 80.87degrees from 0,68.5°EIntelsat 7Intelsat 10

i am interested in Birds like eutelsat W3A and NSS7 that are 319 and 298 degrees on the Campus (NW) If the motor could move the opposite way, East to North then I could hit thes birds. Does this mean to say this motor will not be appropriate for these birds from my location? thanks in advance.
Duncan
