PowerTech DG-280 and Traxis 3500

Can't save TelStar 12 @ 15w its telling me I'm over limit? I can see this satellite if I go to 30w then east over to 15w but not able to save. Not sure what to do at this point.

Ok since I feel this problem is a software limit of the DG-280 what's the easiest way to reset the mover?
