DG-280 won't budge

I need help with a DG-280 Installation/malfunction
Receiver Viewsat Ultra.
USALS mode.
No switches in the circuit.
Both lights blink at 2 second interval indicating power present
Motor won't budge with manual buttons or receiver commands
Seems like a bad motor to me but the manuals with receivers,
motors, and everything else are so sparse on information who knows,
any suggestions?

How long is your cable to the motor? also things to check make sure the motor is on in the receiver try a short cable with the receiver close to the motor to see if it will move. make sure you are using RG6 coax or RG11 for long runs over 150 feet.
