O.K. I'll try to keep this as simple as possible. Hi to everyone< I've been a Wild Blue customer since October of 07, the service has been marginal,most times when we need it. I'm not here to bash as I've seen other websites to do that. What I would like to know is there a simple way to tell if the dish is pointed correctly? I've had 3 service calls set up and they've been cancelled due to no wild blue techs available that day. We like having the hi speed but it should be better. I've tested the speed through testmy.net and we scored poorly. Any and all suggestion are welcome!demodan
