Motor reply
I already purchased one of these for my father-in-laws setup. I was impressed with it's quality & features. I am working out a deal with him-I set his system up & he in turn purchases my system. I am going to have this motor...whether I win it or not. Thanks

I recently gave my 76cm dish to a retired neighbor who helps me from time to time and refuses to take any payment. It is a fixed G10R installation and would like to motorize him and get feedback from him on a motorized FTA system. In the past he had a big dish which has been removed and also tried with little satisfaction Dish Network.
I am curious as to his thoughts in relation to the big dish he had before. I install primarily for Spanish language channels and most have no experience at all with satellite tv so input is always positive from them. This particular gentleman is English language.

New to the technology
I am truly interested in the idea of "True" FTA and am in the proccess of setting up my own system, just saving up for the motor! I have everything else and really enjoy listeing to music and seeing all the international programing out there. It's a different world - and I am learning a lot!!

Since installing my original FTA system (including an HH90 motor), I've been the recipient of several old dishes that friends and neighbors have had "laying around". As such, I'm always playing around with satellite stuff, and could use this motor as part of a "portable" FTA setup to use when away from the "backyard satellite farm".
