Puerto Rico MUX

I am located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
I can receive from PAS1R all the FTA channels in C band except the TV signal "Puerto Rico MUX" (4104V SR 14450).
I lost this TV signal about 1 month ago.

Is this signal currently available for anybody?
