Need Help on Echostar ISD 2300

Hello
I have Echostar ISD 2300 Receiver.
I would like to receive FTA
Is it possible,and if Yes , and what should I do.
Any idea would help

Hi:

I have never heard of the model 2300. 2700 yes, not the 2300. I don't know how to make it receive FTA - I don't think you can.

You will be able to get very very limited number of FTA channels with this receiver.

The receiver is by default is setup for a "Circular" type LNBF, and a fixed "Symbol Rate" that the user can't change. So trying to get an FTA channel that would match all the default settings and frequency is very hard.
