Telestar 5 12152 H need help

I am pretty new at this, so please bear with me. The channels I am interested to get are on Telstart5. I am getting signal strength of 40-70% but 0% quality of some of the frequency. Please know I am getting some (i.e.: Frq 11836 V 20765 and 11867 V 220000) but not all. The one I am especially interested to get are 12152 H 20000 and 12090 H 20000.

Any help I can get is well appreciated.

Thank you in advanced.

Rainman:

Any Idea how do I do that? so do you think the problem is from the receiver? or Dish? I tried to manually dele and add the frq but it didn't help I still get 0% quality.

Thanks.

try skewing the lnb to see if quality increase also move east and west in 1/16th incriments very slowly also move dish angle up and down 1 degree at a time to you get the best quality.

Looks like you're getting vertical polarity only. You might have bad LNB.
