The Bloomberg TV US is listed on the Telstar5 channel list as a FTA channel (Freq. 11991 V, http://www.lyngsat.com/). I scanned all the channels on Telstar5 and couldn't find it. Is there any one receiving it ?
Yes it is FTA on Telstar 5 and comes clear here. Check your dish alignment and dish size. It is a weak transponder and you could need a bigger dish. If your receiver processor is fast, it will process that signal easy.
