Persian TV in South America, Brazil

Hi there,

Does anyone know if it's possible to get all the persian channels in Brazil using this system? Persian Iranian Free To Air FTA SATELLITE Channels from Iran and the Persian community in North America. ( FARSI )

I live in Canada and my dad lives in Brazil, I'm going there for new years eve and I would like to give this present for him, but I couldn't find any information about having signal reception from outside the US...

South America is a big continent and Brazil is a big country, many beams don't cover all of either.

The footprint maps of Telstar 12 at 15.0°W - LyngSat indicate a footprint that includes of much of Brazil, and the almost all the rest of South America. Transponder 32 appears to have some Farsi language programming.
