Satcruiser 3000 IR, the WB and annoying smart card message

Hi. I have a 3000 IR receiver and I am trying to get the WB channels on G-11. Actually, I am getting the WB channels, but there is a message displayed by the receiver over the picture which tells me to insert a smart card. I can see the picture and hear the audio fine, except for this annoying banner which makes the channels unwatchable. Why is the receiver displaying this message and how can I get rid of it? The WB channels on G-11 are the only channels where I noticed this happens. Please help
