Signal-Gauge (white& yellow)

Bec 6600+
This receiver is not able to catch noting else than 4 channels on transponder6 (telstar5) on other transponders the signal gauge is white I wonder if there is a problem with this receiver.

Ps:- I am using V 6.00 firmware and DMS29 (NA sats) :shock:

Since nobody reolied to my question i would like to refraze it :

After loading V6 and "DMS29" on My BEC66600+
I only get signal gauge YELLOW on Transponder6 (Telstar5) Yet get SCRAMBLE on 1st 4 channels and the rest NO-SIGNAL

Is anything wrong with receiver ???
I am using a Skyvista type LNB

Do you see the rest of transponders? Are you getting Yellow bars for all active transponders for Telstar 5? You might want to do a re-scan of the satellite again to get all the channels.

I c Other trans ponders but But gauge bar is white

It only turns yellow on transponder6

yet i cannot c any channel

If i connect a globecast receiver i get many chanells
I used a Dishnetwork receiver to point to T5 (transponder13)


I dont undersatnd y the BEC6600 doesnt show anything
channels 1,2,3,4 say: scrambled

I :? am very confused with this receiver

You should follow the instructions found on this page to help you setup your BEC 6600+ receiver. Please don't use a Dishnetwork receiver to setup your dish to Telstar 5.
