The latest software for the BEC DVB-6600+ FTA receiver is V 5.04

If you have a Common Interface module in your receiver then you will need the latest CI software dms-ci600.bin found on the same page. Follow the instructions and the upgrade should be straight forward.

Notice that the BECLink software (needed to transfer the files from your PC to your receiver) works with Windows 95/98/ME only. It will not work with windows XP. No XP update is available from the manufacturer yet.

Could you xplain y latest version of firmware is 5.04 when i loaded version 6 on my Bec6600+ :?:

the latest seems to be version 7 now.
